we sold our house 1 day before we declared ourselves bankrupt and used this money to move abroad - proof of our expenditure we have
can the OR claim this back please ?

I would think that the property sale would be looked at by the OR. I think the biggest problem would be, did you sell it at discount.

I would also say that they will look into the fact that the proceeds of the sale were used to your benefit.

Where have you moved to?

we moved to Switzerland for husbands job - we used the money to pay for school fees as the only english speaking school isd private but the OR is adamnet she wants the money back
