Hello...

Yet again another question..

What would happen if say I go bankrupt and I am an additional card holder or the secondary card holder of my husband's credit cards which is in his sole name if he is not to go Bankrupt?

Will my bankruptcy affect his credit rating and will he need to close his credit card accounts as well or just remove me as the secondary card holder?

Many thanks again.

Hi
it will not affect your husband as the debt is his and, presumably, the payments up to date.
You just need to be removed as the secondary card holder.
