Hi,
When you go to court for the BR do you need to take banks statements and lease agreements or does that come at a later date. Not quite sure what to take.
cheers
Tracy

Hi Tracy,

No, you don't need to take anything to court with you other than your fees in cash and your BR petition (usually 3 copies but check with the court as some differ).

Good luck with it and keep posting!

Hi Tracy

As Bankruptc has said just you, your SoA with how many copies your court requires and the fee.

The OR will ask for what they need after your BR.

Good luck with it all.

If you dont laugh you will end up crying and crying is no good so keep on laughing.

You're right to keep your chin up, hon. Makes it all that much easier if you can force yourself to keep a smile on your face. :-)
