Hi
Both hubby and me have a small works pension from when we both were fit and well. We wont receive anything from these untill retirement age in about 10 years. we no longer contribute to them and havent done so for about 5-8 years. Is this the sort of pension that the SOA means in the personal pensions bit. We haven't got any private pension plans so not sure what to put. I have no idea of the values but should imagine them to pay out about 2K each a year.

Thanks
Tracy

Hi tracy

Yes, you need to mention these on the SOA, but they are sure to be protected from any action in the bankruptcy. You can just say that you don't know the value, the OR will write to the pension company and ask for info if they need to.
