Hi Phil
Welldone on your new debt free life. All your waiting for now is your OR interview. They will go through your SoA and also ask what circustances have led to you having to go BR. It can be face to face or over the phone. Good luck the pair of you.

Hi Paul
The posts are very good when your at that low point, as you say they make you realise that your not alone.
We are all here to help no matter what and although we are all going through or have been through the same each case is different but many of the replies can feel like they are refering to your own situation. Whilst you have found this site as you know you are def not alone and we will stick together like one big family. Whatever the question day or night just post it on and we will help you get the answers you need. Take care and keep smiling :-)

for the bank account you may want to start with the Coop
they have an account called CASHMINDER which gives you banking, internet & telephone banking, direct debit / standing order and the all important Visa Electron debit card.
Tel 0845 602 7057 to apply or go into a branch . you can't apply online.
You will also need to be on the electoral roll so they can "find" you.
Good luck
