Hi,
Is there an opportunity to provide further information on the online forms. there doesn't seem to be on the main menu page but i wondered when i press submit wether another page will come up. If not i suppose i couls write a letter and add it to the forms. I just need to explain the benefits that both my hubby and me get and make sure they know about the child benefit and dla.

Hi Tracy
When I done my SOA online, there wasn't a part for adding extra information. When you submit and print it out there is an extra page in section 13 I think so that you can write stuff in there. As far as I remember thats correct. You can view a draft copy before you finally submit the final version anyway. So just write the additional stuff by hand after you've printed it.

Hi tracy
I just wrote on a seperate piece and added that to the SOA with ref to the section 13.
Infact i think my OR thought id written an essay. LOL :-0
