myself and my husband (separated) owe the estate agents £110 for taking the house off the market- we had to take it off market or pay for a HIP which was £300+ - now had a bill for £110 - cant afford to pay this at the moment.

Going BR within the next month or so. I know I could pay it over installments got a good relationship with agents,

the question is do I do this or let it fall into the BR. Would the OR look at it as preferential payments if i were to pay them??

Hi

yes the OR would see this as preferential.
Include the bill in your BR.
