landlord need to know about bankruptcy?

Does your landlord really have to know if you go bankrupt? Really do not want to tell him, we already pay our rent up front and will continue to do so. Its all so awful. Please help.Thanks

Hi

Unless there is a serious reason for your landlord not to be informed the OR has to let them know i'm afraid.

Hi, sorry to butt in here on someone elses thread..but does the landlord need to know about the BR if he is just a friend, and who hasn't drawn up an official contract?
