mine lasted 1hr and 10 mins due to the ebay trading, she was lovely, really nice girl, im happy now

and the OR doesnt need to tell my landlord as its a secured tenancy!

Without looking at your tennancy agreement, it is difficult to speculate. I am not familiar with the term "secured tenancy".
