just received a letter from the water board regarding a bill from 10 months ago, to be paid, if i tell them IM BR will they not allow my service at my new address? i received a county court summons on friday, basically i sold a phone on ebay and the previous owner has blocked it, i offered a replacement but they want the money, do i tell the court im BR? thanks andrew
Tell them both you are BR. Don't worry about the water as cutting you off or denying you a service is denying you what is deemend as a fundemental human right. Therefore, they may insist on a pay-meter, but can't deny you a service.
