my shop landlord has just called at my house for his money and I told him I have gone bankrupt,but I havent yet was going to do it thursday do I need to go immediatly tomorrow morning now. He also had a good look aroung the house through windows and stuff and made notes and demanded to know who the OR was. wich of course I could not tell him......help I am so scared......

Hi Vacs,

That must be scary but I wouldn't imagine there's much he can do between now and Thursday. As long as you're not worried for your safety or anything like that, I'd think Thursday will be fine. Is he just your shop landlord or does he have anything to do with the house? I'd just get the forms sorted and get to court a.s.a.p.

If you feel threatened though or feel you're in any danger, you must phone the police.

I didnt feel threatend by him more intimidated I own my own house but because of the credit crunch I think I am in negative equity or as near as and it wouldnt sell anyway in these circumstances. But as he demanded who my OR is can he get in touch and stir things up a bit so my BR prolongs or make my life uncomfortable with the OR?
