Hi everyone

Can anyone give me some advice please?

When I put the mortgage in the unsecured section of my SOA, I didn't write the words 'Possible mortgage shortfall' next to it.
Is this likely to be a problem?

Thank you

Hi GP

I dont think it will be a problem, did you write in secured and unsecured sections.

I suppose you could always call the OR if your at all worried about it. :-)

Hi Grantspants,

As long as the OR is aware there is a mortgage shortfall to be included in the BR, you should be fine.
