Hi both of you!
Just a little plea from me please. I called the helpline today and left a message for John. I appreciate you guys must be SO busy, but I could really do with a quick (I hope!) chat with someone about negotiating our IPA when someone's got a few minutes. Really sorry to be a pain, but we'd like to get it done and dusted. I asked for John because I've 'spoken' to him on here the most, but I really don't mind who I talk to.
Thanks so much in advance and I hope you don't think I'm being cheeky!

Thanks Julian.
I'm at work tomorrow so may not be around, that's the problem. No worries. I'd post on here but it's far too long and complicated. If I'm not in when they call, no worries, I'll try another time if I haven't got it sorted.
Thanks anyway.

Hi BC I did in fact return your call today but there was no answer. From memory (which is not good) I think it was around 16:45. Put your number in my mbl memory (cos mine is not good) and planned to call again this evening.
Guess what....I have left my mobile at the office today!!!! (See....told you).
Don't worry about your work commitments, I have the number so let me know what would be a good time tomorrow evening and I'll call then. Would prefer after 18:30 if that suits.

Oh John I'm so sorry! We were at the flipping park!!
It's the only time we left the house all day, and we were out all of 20 mins! Grrr...sod's law or what!
I could really do with a natter but we need to get this in to the examiner, (we told him we'd email it to him tomorrow). Hmmm...
Not sure what to do now!
Sorry again!

Hi BC don't be sorry these things happen. Just tell me a time that would be good for you only it would have to be after 10am as that's what time I arrive at the office and that's where my mbl is!!!

I really don't know how to do it, cos we're both working. I'm teaching, so ian was going to email the proposal to the examiner. We don't want to go back on our word as we're already in the proverbial!!
Hmmm...dunno! Unless I could call you? But dunno how I'd get your number...oh I dunno...never mind...
Thanks anyway John-that's just so typical of my day-it's all gone Pete (as ian would say!)

Hi BC well if we're talking something as important as an IPA proposal which will affect you both for the next 3 years I would send it a day late if needs be. If you make that choice I can call anytime tomorrow evening.

Thanks John, you're a star.
It's just a nightmare. He's making mistakes left right and centre, and changing his mind about how to calculate things, sometimes doing it one way, sometimes another...and then we have the possible BRU/BRO so we don't want to rock the boat. I'd hope it's only take 10 mins to confirm (or not) we're doing the right thing.

Hi BC sorry about that. There is a story to why you didn't get through which I'll explain when we speak tomorrow evening. I'm sure the examiner is not going to be too concerned over one day's delay.
Any particular time suit you?

Don't worry John.
I could be free from 10:15ish this morning as I have a free lesson. Any good? The only thing is of course i won't be on my home number, but on my mobile, and you don't have that number...Any suggestions?
Thanks again!
