Can anyone give me advice re Monument.I have already told them 4 times that I am bankrupt and given them my bankruptcy no.
I looked at my mobile at lunchtime (its on silent cause being at work) and I see that they have called me 7 times this morning.Please could someone tell me the best thing to tell them.
I dont think you can do much more than you have done . Until they update their systems you will prob still recieve calls as these firms have automised diaries which will flag up you as having arrears . I am doing the same ie, telling the c/c companies i am now BR when they ring . I spoke to Barclaycard yesterday and informed them and gave them the BR details and lo and behold at lunchtime today i get another call from them asking to pay off the arrears now .
As you are already BR and have given them your reference, they are actually now breaking the law. This is harrassment which is a criminal offence under the Aministration of Justice Act. That should get their attention!
