Do you need to print this form off the Insolvency site and take it to court with you along with 3 copies of the online forms?? The debtors petition seems to detail the same info as the online forms.

Hi GT

On my blog it says that the 2 pieces required for the court are all in one form, once you complete the online form thats all you need its all there.
