Hello all, just another question :-)

On the online service I have been told to take 3 copies of the forms to court but the court tells me I only need 1 copy!

How many did you take please?

Hi nowayout ,

As i understand it it differs court to court . We filled our forms out by hand and were told there was no need to photocopy it as the clerks office would do it for us and furnish us with a copy .
But saying that i understand some courts make a charge for photocopying the forms - Ours ( Hull ) as it happens didnt .
I would check with your court about their procedure .

Hope that helps , but am sure others will inform of their experiences/opinions as well ,

Take care ,

Andy

Evening Nowayout,

As Andy says each court is different, for ours we took 3 but if your court said 1 then take just one.

I would just give them a call to make sure as some will charge you if you dont take enough and you dont want that on the day. LOL

Good luck
