Hi Hannah and Welcome to you

Just wondering did you both go BR?

Are you inarrears with the Mortgage?

Do you have someone who could buy the BI, the asset part that the OR would want to release from the house?

We need a littlemore detail to be able to offer the best advice. :-)

LOL

Wow Hannah

That is a lot to owe the Tax Credits, is that over a few years or somthing.

Can you not make an offer something you can afford each month/week.

I too had a bill from them, mine got written off in my BR as i had been over billed and they would not let me pay off over my exsisting claim as i had to do a new one.

Oh mate, what else have you tried?

Hi
whether your home is at risk will depend, initially, on how much equity is in the property.
