--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If the OR is considering giving someone a BRO/BRU is that BR called in to the office to be asked questions and give some kind of a statement? Or does the OR simply decide what he is going to do from the information already submitted on the original forms and the telephone interview with the examiner? If you look through the bR restrictions search on the insolvency sefvice website it reads as though people give explanations for various spending and debts which the OR does not accept then applies a BRO/BRU.

Hi Pix

That is a good question. I would have thought they just go from the info on the SoA and also from the interview and if they need anymore info they will either arrange another interview whether its over the phone or in person and take it from there.
I think they can also just go for one if they consider that a BRU/BRO is warranted.

Dont know if im right but in my eyes that is how i think it may be done.

LOL

Hi
the OR has the authority to demand any number of face to face meetings if deemed necessary so it would depend entirely on each individual case whther or not additional interviews are to be had.
