i have no other option but to do this im so in debt with so many people i cant see another way out.

Hi Kay and welcome

It may help if you could post some more details, who you owe, how much your debts are, are you a homeowner, are you contemplating going BR by yourself.

There is alot of help and advice given on this forum and you can rest assured it will make you feel alot calmer - it did with me.

From your post you sound soooooooooo sad, but please dont be we are here to help you :-)

As Jenny has said we need a few more details in order to guide you.

Let us know what amounts were talking, about assets like home and car, anything else that can help us to help you.
