Hi Me and hubby going BR on Friday so I have a few questions. I am not working now and because we have to fill out the forms twice how do I fill in the expenditure sheet as I do not have any money of my own at the moment. |

you and me both my BR day is friday, which court are you at? - I believe that you mirror the forms but put any individuals expenses on your own form, someone will correct me if im wrong x |

I know 35 pages in all, Ive printed mine off now but make a few mistakes which I had to correct on all 3 forms lol - I started filling in mine at the end of august online and going back to them it didnt seem so bad like that. Good luck I hope all goes well - 3 more sleeps arrgghh x |

They do seem endless but they will be worth it in the end.
I also believe that you do mirror the forms.

Hi your husbands expenditure list should be the same as yours as they want to know the household expenditure not individual or personal expenditure.

Hi, we went to court on the 17th September and it was absolutely fine, didnt even see anyone, just handed the form in and they asked us to come back an hour later and they declared us bankrupt, thet was it!! And from then on we have had no more hassel from creditors, wish we had done it sooner!! the forms were a nightmare but dont worry too much they will go through it all with you when you get there. Off to the OR today then we can just get on with our life again. lou x |

hi thank you everyone, it went really weell they were lovely! we can move on now. Says the car will be excempt because i need it for the school run, everything was fine feel really positive now. x x |
