Hi Ian

This is one i think that needs a little bit of TLC and a more one to ne approach on the options that are available to you.

For that reason i would strongley suggest a call to our helpline, the call is free and they will be able to guide you.

That number is

0800 078 9367

Take care

Jo x

its not ideal i know but realisticly, if you want rid of the 11k as well then your wife may be aswell filing for br aswell, as itll cost you to sign them over to you.
the or wont accept these debts as yours so, youll be left br and your wife will still be left with 11k debt and i doubt very much that the or will be happy that YOU are paying for these (preferential treatment) also if you do have £200 left over the or is likely to want around half...the car also may be taken, although you may be able to claim a decent amount back??? (for a cheaper car)
as needafriend says...give them a ring, its never as bad as it seems.
