i lost my flat because i couldnt pay the rent so now i have no fixed adress is this a problem .does using a parents adress have any affect on them .ive now run away and living on the streets in america but i want to sort the bankrupsy

I am not familiar with the Law on BR in the USA only UK law, so i would therefore say to you to contact someone in the US to try and help you through this.

Hello,

Were you actually living in the UK though? Are your parents in the UK? If you want to go bankrupt yourself in the UK you have to have been living at the same address for 3-6 months. If you are abroad you can get someone to be your trustee - but i think this will cost money to do this.
