Hi, I have a mobile phone contract with Orange and am uptodate with the payments. However I think it's too much per month and I would be better with a pay as you go phone. I didn't put it on my SOA but would now like to include it as it's an eighteen month contract. Do you think I can ask the OR if I can include it?? thanks

Hi Maz

I would contact your OR and mention about this and ask if it can be included. You would of course need Orange to cancel your contract and give you a final bill so that the OR has the correct amount etc to add into your SOA.

I hope that helps.

Hi Maz,

I agree with Jo. Discuss this with the OR first.
