My husband and I filed for bankruptcy on 07 July - we have today received a letter from the OR advising us that they are going for early discharge.
This is amazing news and very shocking - we had over £70,000 worth of debt and we did not expect things to move this quickly. We have not been asked to pay into an income payment order or anything.
That is great news, so many more people are now being offered an ED lets hope that their are no objections from your creditors and then you can finally get that part of your life well out of the way.
