We have an apointment for Friday 31st to go bankrupt, we are finding it hard to come up with the fee's to the pay the courts, is borrowing an option, and can this go on the bankruptcy? Will we get into trouble for doing this?

Hi Alisun

I would not advise you to borrow the money and then add into your BR, that would not be a very good idea.

Do you have any family that can help. Who advised you to go BR, as they should have told you about the fees etc.

Can you not change the date and find the fees.

Take Care
