I currently work as a Mortgage Broker and I am a Ltd Co Director. If I ceclare my self bankrupt can I continue selling non-investment linked Life Assurance as a Director in another company I am MD of?

Hi

You are unable to act as a Director during bankruptcy. I believe you would be able to continue to sell life assurance as an employee.
