ioutstanding parking fines?

if i am declared bankrupt will i still be legally responsible for paying outstanding parking fines?

I'm afraid you would, as fines are not included in bankruptcy.

Hi Verrd and Welcome

As Bankrupt C has pointed out Parking fines along with some student loans and maintanence payments are excluded from BR.

There are a few others but im sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear.
