Hi Son Jump and welcome to the forum.

Probably not sufficient information to give you a definative recomendation, HOWEVER the first thing you should do is to take control of the money you are making each month. The best way to do this is to change your bank account.

This means that you have a fresh start and can actually see what is really left each month after basic bills have gone out.

At that point you can review the options ;

Debt management
IVA
Bankruptcy
Rescheduling the payments

In order to get the right advice I would recommend you speak to a professional who can clearly go through ALL the options and help you decide on the right way forward. It might be that you need a temporary debt Management plan for 6 - 12 months while you get back on your feet but you can decide this after speaking with a specialist.

COOP bank is a good place to start for a basic bank account. They offer a debit cars, telephone & internet banking and do standing orders and direct debits. 0845 602 7057

Hope this helps a little

Hi Sonjump

I have just read over your post also and know as Paul has said that a little bit more knowledge is needed to be able to offer the best advice, therefore i would either call our helpline or failing that contact Paul.

Either way you do need a bit more one to one with this.
