br on nov 5. had an email today from www.insolvency.gov.uk saying your sofa has been submitted. i find this odd as i have only booked a court date at present and have not completed any paperwork as yet, the court says they do not do emails and my court date has not changed. is this a government body or not?
It sounds like if you have done the forms on line that you may have clicked submit by accident.
I would go into your account and have a double check as they do email you confirmation only when the form has been submitted and not whilst it is being held waiting completion.
