Hi, Hubby and I had our OR interview on 7th October. Have since heard we can keep our cars as we are both self employed couriers and need them for work. Haven't heard anything yet about having to make any payments. Our income is a bit erratic so not sure how they will work it out, as far as I can work out we don't have any surplus income.

Hi Maz

Give them time, it took ours about 6-7 weeks before we had anything in writing and then all of a sudden it comes in one after the other.

They are very very busy right now with this credit crunch and to be honest they wont forget.

They also have to write to each of your creditors and that takes time too.

I would not panic, you will get your letters and also anything that you need to sign with regards to IPA's etc.

Do remember though dont sign anything until your completely happy, if you want to call the helpline then and ask for their advice on anything that will need you to sign as once you have signed and returned anythig and the examiner or the OR have signed it is inforce and is a legally binding contract.

Best of luck and chill:-)

Jo
