Hi,
Had a phone call 2 weeks ogo from a loan co. told them i was going BR 1st week in Nov. had a letter from a debt collecting co. on behalf of the loan co. wanting a full payment, do i ring them and tell them i am going BR, or just ignore it?.

Even if you took the calls now and told them i doubt it would make a difference. I went br 13 october and am still getting a few odd letters, which im expecting to stop in next month or so.
Please remember it is not long to go until november

Hi EOT,
I got calls EVERY day from one debt collecting agency I was sooooooooooooooo polite and just kept telling them i was going br on oct 6th then phoned them with my details and only had a few calls, then they apologised for ringing so just hang in there they will stop
