Hi my BR buddy!
Saw your post last week when you were down and just wondered if you were feeling any better today?
I still don't feel elated although I feel better than I did.

Hi Jayne and Jo
Thank you for your messages - im feeling ok today (well actually alot better than the weekend anyway)...still feel a bit weird and its obviously making me feel a little ill, i have not been eating well and then being 'ill' (if you know what i mean). However i am trying to concentrate on each day and because the kids need to carry on as normal then im still trying to focus on them (which is a very good thing)
Thank you guys so much for thinking of me
I can't tell you how much it means.
So, how are you feeling Jayne?

Hi MW
Glad to hear you are keeping going. Kids are amazing for that eh? Take it a day at a time it'll work out.
When i get really down and can't eat i make a really big effort to eat with the kids, always have smaller portions but if i don't finish eating they tell me off so i have to eat. Even if you do it for one meal a day to begin with you will start to boost yourself up. And as i've said before, get outside as much as you can it really does make you feel better (well as long as you're not going out in t-shirt and shorts and it's freezing cold and you get home with pneumonia!!!)
Take care

Hey Nat
Thank you for your message - i am just about to have a slice of toast (hopefully keep it down)
Its a very strange feeling isn't it.
Anyway, i'm really trying to stay positive.
Thanks again
Jenny

Hi Jenny,
Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better. I think that the reason we're not feeling like shouting from the rooftops is because we are genuinely honest people who have only turned to BR as a last resort after trying to make everything OK. I told my OR that I felt a failure and he told me that wasn't the case and was quite nice really.
I am also very lucky in that we have told my mum and stepdad (mum's words were that we aren't the first and certainly won't be the last!) so we at least have someone else to turn to to talk about it.
Its also a blessing that we have found this forum and are able to get the support when we most need it, and hopefully give it to someone else when they need it.
I hope tomorrow finds you even better than today.
Jayne xx
