I think I am very nearly finished with my form, so sorry for all the questions but just want to clarify a few things please:
- Where do you put that dates and amounts owed are approx?
- Credit cards, I have no idea when these were taken out. The ones I have racked up debt on I have had many many years with the most recent being about 8 years. Do I just pout rough dates?
- I have credit cards that I never used and so do not have the cards (got ris of them about 5 years ago when I was trying to sort out finances then) but believe the accounts are still live, what do I do about these?
- I go into rented accomodation on 15th Nov, bankruptcy on 1st Dec. Do I put my new address down?
- Where do I show that I am on maternity leave currently? I have put my approx take home in regards to maternity pay on my employment page and have adjusted the outgoings page also.

ASSUMING YOU ARE COMPLETING THE FORMS BY HAND JUST ENTER THE DATES AND AMOUNTS AND IN BRACKETS UNDERNEATH ENTER (APPROX).

YES AND ENTER APPROX IN BRACKETS AS ABOVE.

IF THERE ARE NO BORROWINGS THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE ENTERED IN SECTION 4 AS THERE IS NO DEBT BUT THEY SHOULD BE LISTED IN SECTION 5.

THE FORMS MUST REPRESENT YOUR SITUATION ON THE DAY YOU FILE YOUR PETITION. THEREFORE YOU SHOULD ENTER YOUR NEW ADDRESS IN THE SOA BUT ON THE 2 PAGE DEBTORS PETITION (FORM 6.27) IT ASKS YOU TO CONFIRM THE ADDRESS AT WHICH YOU HAVE RESIDED FOR THE GREATER PART OF THE LAST 6 MONTHS. YOUR OLD ADDRESS SHOULD BE ENTERED HERE. FOR YOUR INFO, IF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT WHICH HOLDS JURISDICTION IN BANKRUPTCY FOR YOUR OLD ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE COURT WHICH HOLDS JURISDICTION OVER YOUR NEW ADDRESS YOU MUST FILE YOUR PETITION AT THE COURT THAT HOLDS JURISDICTION OVER YOUR OLD ADDRESS.

YOU CAN JUST EXPLAIN THIS WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR INTERVIEW, NO NEED TO ENTER THIS INFO ON THE FORM ITSELF.

I am doing the form online so where do I put approx on there?
Also where is the option to print? Is this after it is submitted? |

Hi
I did my forms online. You can only put figures and dates in the actual sections and when you print them off an extra page is added for you to put your own info in. I added that'all dates and figures are approx' on that sheet, but wrote the section in the margin.
You print out after you submit. make sure all the info is correct before submitting because you cant go back into it to change anything.
