I have leave to remain in the UK and would be applying for my Citizenship and Passport once I am able to afford it. Can I still apply for Bankruptcy?

How long have you lived in the UK?
Are your debts of UK origin?
What are the debts for?
(Certain debts cannot be included in bankruptcy)
