I've just seen on another post that Hammy was told that the OR was changing the collections agency they use for IPAs.

Does anyone know if this is all OR's offices? At the moment I'm making my payments to Clarke Willmott, so I presume unless I'm contacted I carry on paying them?

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi Skippy

yes I would carry on with the current payment method.
I doubt the change is UK wide and if it is it will no doubt change in stages, by region, and over a period of time.
