what does early discharge mean for us we went bankrupt in June of this year

Hi e1270

Early discharge means just that, the OR has more than likely finshed looking at your case and is happy for you to be discharged early from your BR.

Fill out any paperwork and return in the 14 day deadline, then providing none of your creditors have ay objections then the ED should come in effect within a few weeks.

Thanks for that, we are waiting now to see how much we will have to pay towards an IPO, bit worried at how much we are allowed for certain things but will have to wait.
