I have just completed the SOA form online for myself & my wife (at last!!!) and was wondering if this is the only form I need to complete for each of us?

I received from the court forms to do with and affidavit (think thats right) but are these online??

We are in court on this Tuesday 18th so need to find out so I can get them printed over the weekend.

Quite nervous about Tuesday but hopefully all the forms will be fine!!

I did my whole BR online then printed off the forms and I think it was just the SOA and affidavit.

I had made a few mistakes on my form but they were very helpful at the court and went through the forms with me and helped me correct the mistakes.

I am sure someone whoknows exactly will get back to you soon

Hello Turborat

It's only normal to be nervous. The court procedure is pretty straight forward so I am sure everything will be OK

I had an expert to help me fill in my SOA so I was lucky in that respect.

Good luck on Tuesday, you will soon be debt free.

All the best

Hi Turborat

The whole form that you will need for court is combined in one, once you fill it in and print it off that is all you need for the court plus your fee.

It will all be ok, take care.

Thanks guys, just been through forms again and I think they are all ok.

One quick question, how do you let them know most of the dates listed are approximate? I can't see how or where to say this.

Ta!

Hi Turborat

All i did was write a note by hand on the last section 13 and just put all dates and amounts are approximate/estimated so subject to change.
