 considering bankruptcy house sale has fallen through

We are considering bankruptcy as house sale has fallen thro for the 2nd time, relocated and paying mortgage and rent, negative equity of 35K. If the court decide that we have to make monthly payment how long does this go on for (3 years only??)

Hi Penny

Yes if you get an IPA income payments arrangment or IPO then the maximum time would be 3 years.

But thats from date it is started by the OR not from the date you are declared BR.
