 Trustee Appointed... What now?

OK now had a trustee appointed. Can anyone tell me what I can expect to happen now?

Hi HM

I just found this one and im sorry that it was not replied too sooner.

The trustee will oversee the sale etc of your assets and make sure that any monies etc are distributed evenly between your creditors.

They are technically now in charge of that side of things.

Thats how i have become to understand the Trustee and their role.

Technically you are right, but in practise they just want to get as much money in fees as possible. Is about time this government try and regulate how much fees they should get.Don't worry harbourmaster, once you are gone then the fees only comes out of what they can get from your assets, which is theirs,once they are appointed.
