I am considering going bankrupt. I have two CCJ's on which the creditors have obtained a charging order on our property. Does this effectively mean that they are now secured borrowing and will not be included in the bankrupcy?

Hi

yes I'm afraid it does.
The only way to avoid the charges on the property would have been to pay the associated debts in full or declare bankruptcy prior to the final charging orders being granted by the court.
