not started ball rolling yet but have cancelled all dd to pay rent and beer on my pub got vat for £12 thousand this morning and cant pay want to trade over christmas to save my staff will christmas proffits go to vat or me or who? im not being frodulent just trying to keep going

Hi

really suggest you speak to a specialist regarding the situation.

You need to get the right balance between looking after the staff and making sure you don't get into trouble.

We have advised and helped many pubs through difficult times and assisted in keeping them open long enough to ensure that the clients have somewhere new to live etc, the court fees paid and the staff taken care of.

Infact the last 5 pubs that we have helped we even helped the staff with their redundancy claims and in a few cases advised on personal debt.

I really would encourage you to call day or night
