Hi,
On the bankruptcy form it asks the dates that you acquired the credit i.e the overdraft, mine have been through 1 DMP and 2 IVAs which have failed, so I dont know the date, my best estimate is June 2006 for most of them, would that be ok,
I do know the reference numbers though

Hi yes Stu
Just put a rough date and make a note in section 13 to say that these are estimates only.
If you dont know ref numbers do you know addresses etc.

I got mine from a copy of my credit file. One of the free ones (like annualcreditreport) would do for that.

I phoned all creditors ( i like making hard work for myself ) and asked when i opened all accounts and asked for the addresses for any correspondance ( got me a few brownie points with the OR's office tho, so i suppose it was worth it ).
