I don't know what will happen as you don't have an IPA, but when I had a pay rise of £65 a month after tax I informed the OR and they didn't increase my IPA.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

I'm not sure, I didn't get an NT IPA.

When I got my pay rise I sent the information to Clarke Willmott who said they would forward it to the OR and I would hear from them. When I didn't I queried it and CW hadn't informed the OR! I then got an IPOQ to fill in, but I also moved house shortly after, so I got another IPOQ - it all got very confusing!

I presume you will have to fill out a new I & E and then it's down to the OR.

Good luck, I hope you don't get an IPA x
