Hi,
have waited all day nervous about the first contact from the OR, had questions written down in readiness.........he rang and I immediately turned into a clumsy oaf throwing my previously organised files all over the floor! Uh...
I should have asked but didn't so maybe someone can help here x

(Oh and 'thanks' by the way Julian, he said that faxing the small claims court my BR order would suffice )

Q. I have a co-op cashminder account which my benefits are going to be (hopefully) paid in to, which he asked me about without comment. He gave me a date for the 1hr interview for January 8th.
So, am I able to use this account or do I have to wait until he says it's ok?

Don't feel so bad now he's rang though, and he actually rang off calling me 'babs'! omg!

Hi Suzybabyuk,

I would suggest popping into a branch to explain your situation. If you don't, it is likely the Co-Op will freeze the account until they hear from the OR. I wouldn't imagine you'll have any issue from the OR about continuing to use this account, providing there is no debt attached to it!
