You would need to contact your local court and ask them what allowances they take into account to make sure that you know how much you will get and also how to apply for it.
The court will also have the application form that you will need to fill in and you can also find out what other information you may need to take or to use before you apply.
As Skip says you should be able to get the court fee off which is £150 but i would also get intouch with your local court and get the forms and find out how long it will take etc.
