Statement of Affairs. does anyone know if its possible for a 3rd party to view bankrupts statement of affairs?

Hi A BX,

The only 3rd party that would be able to view your SOA would be a Trustee in Bankruptcy. However, the OR would have to get you to sign a release form before they can hand the information over.
