No Jo I couldnt afford to, looking back at my IVA report they didnt vote either,

to air on the side of caution I Have included them on my SofA, is that the best thing to do?

Also to change the subject slightly my Car HP agreement states that if I enter into an IVA or Bankruptcy they may cancel the agreement, they never did with my previous two IVAs so do you think I will be safe in Bankruptcy?

Thanks

Hi Stu

Yes include on your SoA better to be safe than sorry, the Car i would double check with them that they will allow you to continue with the finance once you are declared BR that way you will know for def as its down to them to whether they will let you continue and ultimately then down to the OR if they will allow the payments, but the OR wont want any extra debt so as long as the HP co are happy and its not excess payments then you may be ok.

Hope that helps

Jo

Thanks Jo

I Was going to wait and see with the car, its only £101 a month and ends in December 2010.

As they didnt take action in the IVA, and it is in negative equity now, hopefully I will be ok

Hi Stu

All you can do is wait really and then you will know.

I would not worry though as i would imagine that the OR should agree to the repayments on it and then hopefully fingers crossed you can keep it.

Do take care
