I went BR in May with no IPA. I received a parking fine last week of £80. I cant afford to pay it! What will happen if I dont pay and they go through the courts?

PS can you believe that the fine was for parking in my empty staff car park without a permit because there were no spaces in the pay and display.
If you dont pay it then i beleive it CANT be included in your BR as its a court fine and so will need to be sorted out by you.
They can obviously take you to court and you will get a CCJ and extra costs added etc for this amount as its not under the BR SoA and so not included.
It may be worth trying to get this sorted out as really your not protected for this amount within the bankruptcy.
