My bankruptcy has progressed satisfactorily to discharge but my wife is still undischarged and really not interested in making sure hers goes well, too. I am trying to sort hers out, too! Is there anyone out there who has found that one partner enthusiastically tries to ensure things go well whilst the other drags their feet?

Hi Pix

Yeah i can, my OH.

So your not alone, he has this fly by night attitude where as if i had not taken control and dealt with everything we would still be getting the letters and the calls etc from the creditors.

To be honest with my BR I just decided to go with the flow. There wasn't anything I could do so I decided to wait and see what the OR asked me to do, which in the end was nothing apart from complete an IPOQ when I moved house. I obviously complied with all the legal requirements, but unlike a friend of mine I didn't worry too much. There were a few times I panicked, but I survived the year!
