when you go bankrupt and asked if you have taken advice, do you have to have had advice from a professional face to face or is the advice off the experts and others on this forum enough? thanks
Its best to say that you have spoken to the CAB or other professional. You could give the helpline a ring as that is also classed as prof advice.
